Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoCode, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, NeetoSite & NeetoPlaydash.
Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for June 2025.
Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 2,237 (↓ 8%)
Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 31,682 (↑ 5%)
Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 822 (↓ 12%)
Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 14,391 (↓ 1%)

NeetoRecord desktop app now hides the shape switcher in camera-only mode, improves retry and upload later features, and lets you submit bug reports even when switching tabs.
NeetoRecord now shows buffered sections in the progress bar, letting you skip ahead confidently without waiting.

NeetoForm now lets you move forms between workspaces.
The issue where configuring Mailchimp field mappings failed has been fixed.
The issue where filtering submissions by terms and conditions responses failed has been fixed.
NeetoDesk has relaxed restrictions that automatically marked emails from addresses like no-reply@
as spam.
NeetoDesk’s bulk customer upload flow now uses the unified file upload UI for a smoother, consistent experience.
NeetoDesk now automatically trims ticket descriptions and rich text fields using NeetoEditor helpers to prevent formatting issues.
NeetoDesk now lets you click a customer in the tickets list to go straight to their profile, where you can also view all their open tickets.
Admins can now configure domain allowlists and blocklists to restrict/allow domains from which email addresses are allowed to create tickets or comments.
Ticket categories can now be updated as part of the actions in automation rules.
NeetoKB now has four new themes: Graphite, Pebble, Horizon and Elevate
NeetoKB now lets users regenerate unlisted URLs with the option to set an expiry date or keep the link permanent.
NeetoKB now has improved navigation link validation to support mailto: and other valid external links.
NeetoKB now displays a lock icon next to private categories in both the sidebar and page header to clearly indicate their private status.
NeetoKB now lets users press Cmd + Enter
in the Add New Folder form to quickly create a folder.
The issue where long category names broke the UI has been resolved.
The issue where subfolders didn’t move to the root level correctly when their parent folder was deleted has been fixed.
The issue where accessing /edit
from an EUI article page didn’t redirect properly has been fixed, and it now leads to the corresponding edit screen on the admin side.
NeetoChat now has a dedicated Report Management role, separated from the admin role in the sidebar for better access control.
NeetoChat now prevents messages from being edited after the allowed time threshold, ensuring consistency and accountability in conversations.
NeetoChat now generates much shorter URLs when copying links to specific messages, which redirect to the correct message in the appropriate conversation.
NeetoChat now automatically trims all rich text inputs—including ticket descriptions—using NeetoEditor helpers for cleaner content handling.
The issue where numeric filters in the customers sidebar were not displaying accurate counts has been fixed.
The issue where conversation mailers caused a runtime error if the associated user had been deleted has been resolved.
NeetoDesk hits a new mark – over 28,700 tickets created.
